Q. How much will I be charged for using Pay Pal?
A. You won't be charged anything other than the price stated when purchasing your tutorial.

Q. What if I can't view the tutorial?
A. iDrumTutor has carried out extensive tests of its video file type and are confident it will work on most devices. However if you cannot see the demo tutorials on the site you will NOT be able to see the purchased tutorials.

Q. Can I request a song tutorial?
A. Yes, but iDrumTutor cannot guarantee a tutorial for every request but if there is sufficient demand then tutorials on your requested song can/will be added.

Q. Can I download the tutorial/video I have purchased?
A. No not directly from the iDrumTutor website, but the video will be "uploaded" to your device cache while you watch it, and there are 3rd party programs you can install on your device that will allow you to save this cache (i.e. the purchased video) to your PC as an mp4 file. However please be reminded that the videos you purchase are for you own personal viewing only and are not to be posted to the internet.


Q. Can iDrumTutor send me the drum score/notation?
A. Sadly, No. To show or sell any paper or pdf drum score of a song or intro iDrumTutor has to contact the relevant bands publisher and gain permission.
